Accommodation Rental Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By continuing to order, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms:

Order and Payment:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required to confirm the reservation.

  • The remaining 70% of the rental fee must be paid upon arrival or according to applicable policies.

  •  Payment can be made via the method provided.

  • Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the down payment that has been paid.

  • Further details regarding the cancellation policy can be found in our guidelines.

  • Check-in time starts from 14:00. Maximum check-out time is 12:00 PM. Other arrangements can be arranged according to availability.

  • Missing the check-in date without notification will be considered as cancellation.

  • Tenants must follow all the rules that have been set at check-in.

  • Accommodation may only be used for living and is not permitted for commercial or unlawful activities.

  • The accommodation provider is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury during the stay.

  • Tenants are responsible for damages incurred during the stay and are entitled to pay repair or replacement costs.

  • We appreciate any feedback from tenants that can help improve our service. Reviews can be uploaded on our platform or site.
